Hellings is in his fourht year as an assistant at DelVal. He will work with the kickers and punters while also assisting the special teams coordinator.
In 2018, Hellings' work with punter Stephen Adams helped the junior have a standout season that culminated with him being named to an All-America Team.
Hellings spent the 2014 campaign as a volunteer special teams assistant coach for Division II East Stroudsburg University. He has also been a camp counselor for Special Teams Solutions since '14.
Hellings was a kicker/punter for Montclair State University. He graduated from the institution with a bachelor of science degree in physical education and health.
