Ford joins the DelVal staff as an assistant defensive line in 2017 following his playing days with the Aggies.

Ford transferred to DelVal prior to the 2015 season and made a great impact in his two years with the team. He earned all-MAC second team honors each campaign and notched a combined 67 tackles and 3.5 sacks while clogging up the middle of the Aggie defensive line.
