Toliver joins the Aggie staff in 2015 after one year as an assistant coach at Valley Forge Military Academy.
In 2014, Toliver served as a wide receivers and defensive backs coach for Valley Forge. He was also the team's passing game coordinator.
Toliver was a quarterbak and wide receiver in the Indoor Football League during the 2001 campaign. This came after two years with the Division I AA Delaware State University football squad.
Toliver graduated from Delaware State in 2009 with a degree in history and a minor in political science. He is currently seeking his Master's in sports management at Delaware State.Â
