2018 marks DeFalco's second season with DelVal and he will once again be an assistant to the defensive line coach.His first year saw two linemen named to the all-conference team as the Aggies won the MAC title and reached the NCAA quarterfinals.
DeFalco was an assistant at Division II East Stroudsburg University from 2013 to 2015. He worked with the defensive line, assisted in coordinating special teams personnel and served as the game day sideline control supervisor.
DeFalco played arena football - National Indoor Football League and Continental Indoor Football League - as a defensive end/linebacker for 12 seasons from 1999 to 2010. He was also a player coach in the CIFL from 2006-2010 with the NJ Revolution.
DeFalco graduated from the College of Staten Island in 1992.
