DOYLESTOWN, Pa. – Delaware Valley football senior defensive back
Wyatt Younes has been recognized for his standout performance against Albright, earning both MAC Special Teams Player of the Week and D3football.com Team of the Week honors as a return specialist.
Younes provided a major spark in the Aggies' 24-21 victory over the Lions, taking the opening kickoff of the second half 100 yards for a touchdown. The return set a new Delaware Valley program record and gave the Aggies a 21-7 lead before they ran a single offensive play in the second half.
The Catasauqua, Pa. native added a 26-yard kickoff return later in the game, averaging 63.0 yards per return on his two attempts.
