NEWTOWN, Pa. – Delaware Valley sophomore guard Whitney Evans has been named to the 2025-26 Women's Basketball Academic All-MAC Team, the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced Monday.

The West Chester, Pa., native adds another accolade to an impressive sophomore campaign after being named the 2025-26 MAC Freedom Rookie of the Year and earning All-MAC Freedom First Team honors.

Evans led both the Aggies and the MAC in scoring during the regular season, averaging 17.2 points per game across 25 contests. She scored in double figures in 23 games, including eight performances of 20 or more points.

She also led Delaware Valley from three-point range, knocking down 45 three-pointers on the season. Her season-high 26-point performance helped fuel the Aggies' comeback victory over Lebanon Valley in the regular-season finale.

In the classroom, Evans posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during the spring semester while majoring in business administration.
