WARMINSTER, Pa. – Delaware Valley golf defeated Misericordia and PSU-Brandywine on Saturday afternoon in a tri-match at Five Ponds Golf Course.
The course played at 6,672 yards with a par of 71. The Aggies finished first with a season-best team score of 311, followed by Misericordia (328) and PSU-Brandywine (346).
Jack Brennan once again led the way, earning medalist honors with a 75 (+4). Mason Henne followed in second place with a 76 (+5), marking a career-best round and a 12-stroke improvement.
Daniel McColgan and Trent Parkhurst finished sixth and seventh, carding rounds of 79 and 81, respectively, to round out the team scoring.
Patrick Taylor (88), Tim Fritzinger (90), and Kevin Schaming (94) also competed for the Aggies. Fritzinger's 90 marked a career best, improving by one stroke from his previous low round.
Delaware Valley returns to action at the Knight Spring Invitational, hosted by Arcadia at Rancocas Golf Club on Sunday, April 19.
