WAYNE, N.J. - Delaware Valley carded their best team score of 2024-25 with a 325 en route to a third-place finish at the William Paterson Invitational on Thursday.
After a two-hour frost delay, the five teams played Preakness Valley Golf Course, which tracked 6327 yards with a par of 70.
Brian Cotter and Ryan Ricci of Drew University tied for first place individually, both with a 75 (+5). Rutgers-Camden won the event with a team score of 305, beating out Drew by four strokes. DelVal was adrift of the front runners, but out of 30 total golfers,
Jack Brennan finished tied for sixth, carding a 77 (+7).
