DOYLESTOWN, Pa. — The Delaware Valley University Dressage Team continued its dominant fall campaign, winning every remaining show of the semester and officially securing a team berth to the Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) National Championships.
At the Centenary University Show on October 18, the Aggies turned in strong rides across all divisions. In First Level, senior Abigail Hinkle earned first place, while senior Carley Sweigart finished sixth. Junior Paige Gatz and senior Mackenzie Snyder represented the Aggies at Upper Training Level, finishing fifth and sixth, respectively. Sophomore Maggie Mitchell took fourth in Lower Training Level, followed by sophomore Makayla Klein-Schenk in fifth. At the Introductory Level, junior Danica Williams led the way with a first-place finish.
DelVal carried that momentum into its home show on October 19, where the team delivered its most dominant performance of the season—winning every division. In First Level, Hinkle once again claimed first place, with Sweigart close behind in second. At Upper Training Level, Gatz took first and Snyder earned third. Sophomore Whitney Hatzichristos topped the Lower Training Level, with Klein-Schenk placing fourth.
