DOYLESTOWN (Pa.)--- The Delaware Valley University women's basketball team is set to open up the 2022-23 campaign with a pair of games at the Gwynedd Mercy Tip-Off Tournament November 11^th and 12^th before returning home for their first home game against Centenary on November 16^th.

Head coach Laura Hogan, the program's all-time leader in wins with 293, returns to lead the Aggies for her 27^th season.

The Aggies will take on the host Griffins at 6 p.m. on the 11^th and will then play Saturday the 12^th against either William Patterson or Scranton. Their first home game against Centenary on November 16^th starts a stretch of four consecutive home games, the final of which begins MAC Freedom play against Stevens on November 30^th.

The next three games for DelVal are conference contests. The Aggies will travel to King's for a December 3^rd game at 1:00 before heading to Arcadia on December 7^th and returning to James Work Gymnasium against Lycoming on December 10^th.

The Aggies take a break from conference play as winter break begins December 12^th. They head to Marywood on December 13^th before heading to Elizabethtown for the Blue Jay Classic on December 17^th and 18^th. The final game of the 2022 calendar year is a December 30^th home contest against Penn State-Harrisburg at 4 p.m.

The 2023 year puts the Aggies back into MAC Freedom play for the remainder of the season. A January 7^th clash at Misericordia gets things underway in the new year before hosting reigning conference champion DeSales on January 11^th. The Aggies head to Wilkes on January 14^th before two home games on January 18^th with FDU-Florham, a team they took two of three from last year including a 58-53 win in the MAC Freedom play-in game, and January 21^st with King's.

Three out of the next four games are on the road, as the Aggies head to Stevens on January 25^th. They get a week off before hosting Arcadia on February 1^st and then hit the road for a February 4^th meeting at Lycoming and a February 8^th game at DeSales.

The Aggies return home against Misericordia on February 11^th. They then visit FDU-Florham on February 14^th before wrapping up the season at home against Wilkes on February 18^th.

All MAC Freedom women's basketball contests during the week this season will begin at approximately 8 p.m. following the men's game. Weekend conference games for women's basketball will start at 1 p.m. with men's games following at 3 p.m.

The MAC Freedom playoffs begin on February 20^th with a play-in game between the fourth and fifth seed hosted by the fourth seed. The semifinals take place February 22^nd with the finals scheduled for February 25^th. Each game will be played at the higher seed.
