DOYLESTOWN (Pa.)--- The Delaware Valley University men's soccer team surrendered three second half goals to the visiting Wilkes Colonels, as they fell 3-0 in MAC Freedom play Friday night.
The first 45 minutes saw the teams play an evenly match contest, as Wilkes fired seven shots and the Aggies had four. Six of the Colonels shots were on net, but Andrew Roberto made six saves to keep it a scoreless game at halftime.
Colin Schulmeister got the game's first goal under five minutes into the second half to put the Colonels up 1-0. He added his second goal 12 minutes later to extend the lead to 2-0 and Nicholas Surgent capped things off with a goal with six minutes left.
Andrew Roberto made ten saves in net for the Aggies.
DelVal will return to action in eight days at Arcadia on Saturday, October 22nd at 1 p.m.
