The Aggies (2-10) responded in the bottom of the third with RBI singles from Shawn Eldridge and Hank Bielen to pull within one after three.
DeSales added one in the sixth on one hit and it loaded the bases in the top of the seventh but with two outs, relief pitcher Kyle Bailey got a fly ball to center field to end the threat.
Trailing 5-2 in the final half inning, DelVal brought the winning run to the plate with the bases loaded and one out. The Bulldogs brought in J.J. Paul to close the game and he struck out the final two batters to end the game.
