HARRISBURG (Pa.) -- In the championship game of the Pride-Spirit-Honor Tournament at Penn State Harrisburg, the Delaware Valley University women's basketball team played a hard-fought game against the host Lions that featured 10 ties and 14 lead changes, but left the Aggies on the short side of the 76-69 final to finish runner-up.

Shayne Glenn were named to the all-tournament team. Moretti had 35 points, six rebounds and five assists while Glenn recorded 40 points, 14 boards, and three assists in the two games.
To start the game, Glenn hit a pair of treys to get DelVal out to a 6-0 lead (1-5), but Penn State (2-2) responded with the next eight points to take its first lead of the game. The two teams went back and forth the rest of the quarter until the Lions scored the final five points and took a 16-13 lead into the second.
Glenn connected on another trey to tie the game at 16-16 early in the second, but the Lions quickly regained a six-point advantage. The Aggies were never able to tie the game in the second quarter and trailed by three, 38-35, at the break. Â
The Aggies shot 42.9% (12-of-28) from the field and hit 6- of-15 (40%) three pointers and they held the Lions to 12-of-33 (36.4%) from the field and just 3-for-13 from beyond the arc, but the difference was at the free throw line where DelVal was just 5-for-10, while Penn State made 11-of-17.
Glenn converted an and-1 layup to start the third and get the game knotted again, 38-38.
Camryn Shaw followed with a layup to put the Aggies back on top by two for the first time since first quarter. There were six lead changes through the remainder of the stanza, and right at the buzzer Moretti was fouled while shooting a three and hit all three free throws to give DelVal a 59-56 lead into the fourth.
Moretti got the fourth started with a 3-ball off a pass from Glenn to make it a four-point game and the Aggies maintained the distance after a
Sarah Wills trey made it 67-63 with 7:55 left in regulation.
From there, Penn State outscored DelVal 13-2 the rest of the way as it forced the Aggies into seven turnovers over the final eight minutes of the game to take the 76-69 victory.
DelVal had 24 turnovers in the game that led to 13 Lions' points and Penn State only turned the ball over nine times. The Aggies shot better from the field, from 3-point land, and from the charity stripe, and they held a 46-37 advantage on the glass.
Wills notched a double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds to go with three assists, while Glenn led all players in the game with 27 points including 8-for-12 from the field, and she added six boards. Moretti finished with 12 points to go with three rebounds.
Jordan Hyman also contributed nine points with six assists.
Anna Mahan led the Lions with 20 points, nine boards, five steals, for assists and two blocked shots. Kendis Butler added 18 points and Laurel Amey had 15. Â
