ST. DAVID'S (PA) – The Delaware Valley University baseball team wrapped up its season series with Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom foe Eastern University with a doubleheader split on the road on Saturday afternoon. The Aggies took game one, 7-4, while the Eagles won game two, 8-4.
DelVal (8-12, 3-5) fell behind 2-0 in the opener as Freddy Yahn doubled to score Jordan Laboy and later came home on an error.
However, the Aggies scored five runs on six hits in the third inning and never looked back.
Michael Milazzo,

Sammy Amos all had RBI singles in the inning and
Kevin Crill picked up an RBI double to make it 5-2.

Ben Lippincott pitched a complete game to earn his fourth win of the season by striking out three batters and allowing two earned runs on nine hits.
In game two, Eastern got its first two runners aboard and Kyle Daddario hit a sacrifice fly to score one followed by an RBI double by Liam Clarke that made it 2-0.

From there, the Eagles scored six unanswered runs with three in the fifth and three in the sixth to open up an 8-2 advantage. Clarke, Daddario and Laboy all had two RBIs apiece to highlight the spurt.
The Aggies threatened in the final inning as they loaded the bases and Crooks worked a walk to score one run.
Zakary Zgura then pinch hit into a fielder's choice for an RBI that scored Crill, but that is all they could manage as Eastern held on for the 8-4 victory.
Lallis finished the day 4-for-7 with a walk, four runs scored and an RBI to lead DelVal and Milazzo had three hits to go with a pair of RBIs. Nine different players registered a hit in the opener including Amos who drove in three.
