Box Score CENTER VALLEY (PA) – DeSales University outscored visiting Delaware Valley College, 54-33, in the second half as the Bulldogs turned a four-point halftime lead into an 82-57, Freedom Conference victory.
Both teams struggled from the field in the first stanza as the Aggies (6-9, 0-4 Freedom) hit just eight of 28 shots (28.6%) while DeSales (9-5, 2-2 Freedom) was 11-for-44 (25.0%) as the Bulldogs held a 28-24 advantage.
However, DeSales heated up in the second half as it connected on 21 for 37 shots (56.8%). Many of that came in the opening eight minutes of the stanza as the Bulldogs went on a 23-8 spurt to open up a 51-32 lead. Delaware Valley never got closer than 15 points the rest of the way.
Sondrine Glovas paced DeSales with 25 points and she also grabbed nine rebounds on the defensive end. Colleen Gavin and Alexiah Grant scored 17 points apiece and they combined for 17 boards.

Eireann Anastasi scored 15 points to lead the Aggies. Senior
Emily Soper and sophomore
Brenna Coll each notched a double-double on the afternoon. Soper finishes with 14 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks while Coll added 11 points, 10 boards and three assists.
