Delaware Valley University Athletics

Williams was promoted to head coach at DelVal in July 2016 after spending one year as an assistant. The Aggies won six matches in his first year as head coach while three student-athletes were named to the conference's academic honor roll. 

Williams has coached girl’s junior teams at the Central Jersey Volleyball Association since 2009. In 2011, he was the head coach of a 13-and-under team that earned a bid to the USA Volleyball Nationals. Williams was also an assistant for teams that went to nationals in both 2014 and 2015.
 
Williams graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 with a bachelor of arts degree in physics. He and his wife Barbara have two children: daughter Allie (20) and son Jordan (17).
