David was named the Aggies' new defensive coordinator in April.
David has been coaching since 2000, most recently as defensive coordinator at Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) foe King's College. David spent the 2013 season with the Monarchs and helped them have a four-game improvement from the previous season as they finished 6-4, including an overtime win over Delaware Valley. King's defense racked up nine touchdowns, 23 sacks, 11 forced fumbles and eight interceptions and garnered national attention when defensive end Ron Garrett had an unprecedented streak of scoring a touchdown in five straight games.
David began his coaching career at his alma mater, SUNY Cortland, shortly after graduation. He spent eight years on the sidelines with the Red Dragons and helped the squad win three straight New Jersey Athletic Conference championships and reached the postseason five times (one NCAA, four ECAC).
David then moved onto Dickinson College from 2008 to 2010 football campaigns. During that time, he was selected for a Bill Walsh NFL Minority Coaching Fellowship (American Indian) and spent two summer months with the Philadelphia Eagles. He rejoined the Eagles in March of 2011 and spent two seasons on Andy Reid's staff as a coaches assistant (quality control) with the linebacker and special teams.
David played for SUNY Cortland from 1996 to 1999 and was a preseason All-American linebacker as a senior. He graduated with a bachelor of science degree in physical education.
