Smythe competed in three events at the Moravian Indoor Meet on Saturday and shined in each. The first-year started off the day with a PR in the 60 meter run, finishing in 5th out 12 runners with a time of 7.28. Smythe then went on to take home a third place finish out of 32 in the 200 meter run with a time of 23.57. In the 400 meter, Smythe set another PR with a time of 53.10, giving him a ninth place finish out of 32.
