Max Manns begins his third year as the Director of Sports Information for the 2025-26 academic year at Delaware Valley University.
In this role, Max serves as the primary contact for men’s basketball, football, golf, men’s lacrosse, women’s soccer, softball, and men’s wrestling, while overseeing all 22 Aggies teams. His responsibilities also include leading the Athletics Hall of Fame committee, serving as host and MC for various annual athletic events, hiring and managing the sports information and game support staff, and handling the day-to-day operations of the athletic communications office.
Previously, Manns spent a year as the Athletic Communication Coordinator at MAC rival Stevenson University, where he was the main point of contact for baseball, cross country, men’s basketball, swimming, track & field, and women’s soccer. He played a key role in hosting the 2022 Stagg Bowl and the 2023 DIII Men’s Volleyball National Championship, and he initiated the creation of the GoMustangSports TikTok account.
Manns graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing. During his senior year, he served as an Athletic Communications Student Assistant, where his responsibilities included updating the athletics website, writing press releases and game previews, and inputting statistics for multiple sports using StatCrew and NCAA Live Stats. He also acted as the primary contact for the IUP Softball Program.
Max, a Pittsburgh native, currently resides in Warrington, Pa.
