Delaware Valley University Athletics

Beginning with the 2026 season, Greg Young will serve as Delaware Valley’s hitting coach, bringing over 30 years of leadership and coaching experience at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. 

Since 2010, Young has been the Director and Head Coach of the Mid Atlantic Hurricanes Baseball program, where he has overseen all aspects of player development, practice planning, game operations, and college recruiting. From 2002–2012, he was the Head Baseball Coach at Council Rock High School South, leading the Hawks to four Suburban One League Championships, nine PIAA District One Tournament appearances, a District Final, and a PIAA State Runner-Up finish. During his tenure, he managed all levels of the program, developed individualized player plans and reports, and worked closely with athletes on college placement.
