Delaware Valley University Athletics

Zach Trampe enters his second season as Assistant Coach for Delaware Valley Men’s Wrestling. In his first season on the coaching staff in 2022-2023, Trampe helped coach the Aggies to their first winning season in dual meets since 2014. Trampe works a lot with the lightweight wrestlers on the team and helped coach 125lb Jacob Blair to a 2nd place finish at the NCAA Northeast Region and an NCAA Qualifier bid.

A Bucks County native, Zack Trampe was a 2017 AAA State Champion at Council Rock South and a three-time place winner, including runner-up as a sophomore.  A two-time Bucks County Wrestler of the Year, Trampe was a National Top-100 overall recruit out of high school and earned two All-Pennsylvania All-Academic Team honors.  Ranked as high as 7th Nationally at 132lbs, Trampe placed 6th at the renowned Super 32 Challenge and 7th at Flo Nationals. 

In two years competing at Binghamton University, Trampe compiled a career record of 35-15, securing two trips to the Division I NCAA Tournament and was ranked as high as 8th in the country.
