A Division III national champion with the Aggies, Wilcox is in his fifth year on the coaching staff.
Wilcox began his collegiate career at Gloucester Community College where he went 46-10, was a two-time national qualifier and a one-time junior college All-American (third). He then went 65-5 with the Aggies, finished as the national runner-up in 2007-08, and capped it all with the 184-pound Division III championship in 2008-09.
Wilcox was named the Most Outstanding Wrestling of the 2009 NCAA Championships - the first Aggie to ever receive the honor. Earlier in the year, he avenged his loss in the 2008 finals by pinning that wrestler in a dual meet.
