Now in his second year as an assistant, Fava joined the coaching staff after a stellar career with the Aggies.

Fava notched a 55-33 record and qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships on two occasions during his time with Delaware Valley. He reached the NCAAs as a freshman in 2009 and then upset the number seven seed in the opening round of the tournament. He returned to the national tournament last year as he took second at the NCAA East Regional Championships.

Fava is finishing up his degree in criminal justice.
