A former four-year starter with the Aggies, Barlow is in her eight year on the coaching sidelines of her alma mater. In her first year on staff, the team appeared in the MAC Freedom semifinals and advanced to the ECAC quarterfinals. 

A three-year team captain and three-time member of the conference academic honor roll, Barlow notched 601 points and 571 rebounds in her career. She finished as the team's 10th all-time leader in blocked shots with 52. Barlow helped DelVal qualify for the MAC Freedom Conference semifinals and ECAC quarterfinals in both the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons.. 

Barlow graduated in 2015 with a degree in counseling psychology. In May, 2017, she completed her Master's degree in counseling psychology at DelVal.
