The 2017-18 season will be Wood's third on the DelVal coaching staff. In her first year, she helped lead her alma mater to an appearance in the MAC Freedom semifinals and the ECAC quarterfinals.Â
Wood transferred to DelVal from Neumann University and notched 502 points and 297 rebounds in her two years with the Aggies. With Wood on the roster, DelVal reached the Freedom Conference semifinals and ECAC quarterfinals in both 2013-14 and 2014-15. She also was named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll as a senior.Â
Wood wrapped up her degree in sports management from DelVal last December. In May, 2017, she completed her Master's in business administration at the institution.Â
