EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES PROVIDED: Ice bags, ice, water, plunge pool for cooling, and emergency equipment will be accessible for all playing fields. A Certified Athletic Trainer will attend all home events at Delaware Valley University. Cups will
NOT be provided, please make sure your team is traveling with water bottles/cups.
EQUIPMENT/TREATMENT AVAILABLE IN THE ATHLETIC TRAINING ROOM: The following equipment is available for your use (Only Certified ATs traveling with their teams) in the athletic training room located in the James Work Gymnasium Complex: whirlpools, hydrocolator packs, therapeutic modalities, ice, taping, and treatment tables.
Visiting team athletic trainers, please make every attempt to tape your own athletes if travel time is less than 2 hours. If assistance prior to a contest when traveling without an athletic trainer is necessary for your team, please double-check your team’s traveling medical kit and send all necessary supplies with your team, including any special instructions. Please do not send a request to tape half of your team’s roster, as we do not have the staff resources available. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
