DOYLESTOWN (Pa.)--- The Delaware Valley men's wrestling team welcomed in #20 Alvernia for their final home match of the season, but fell to the nationally ranked Golden Wolves.
After the Aggies fell in the 125 bout to start the match, Ryan Arndt got the Aggies on the board in exciting fashion at 133 pounds. The sophomore fell behind quickly 6-0 while nearly getting pinned in the first period. From there, Arndt took control of the bout, scoring the final 12 points and coming away with the 12-6 decision to even the dual at 3-3.
The Golden Wolves would dominate the remainder of the dual, securing wins in the next seven matches before forfeiting at Heavyweight to secure the 35-9 win.
