Delaware Valley University head women's wrestling coach Leigh Jaynes has announced the first girl's wrestling camp hosted by the Aggies scheduled for July 25-28, 2022.

For four straight days, girls will be given the opportunity to train with highly skilled, college-level wrestlers and learn from DVU's coaching staff with national and Olympic pedigrees.

The camp will focus on technical development, live and situational wrestling, strength and conditioning, agility, nutrition, mindset, and of course, the "fun factor"!

The camp is open to girl wrestlers, grades K-12, of any and all skill levels.

Campers can choose to stay on campus for the duration of the camp, commute daily, or attend individual sessions. Each individual will be responsible for their own lunch and grocery shopping will be available to those campers that are staying on campus.

All campers should bring wrestling shoes, running shoes, headgear, water bottle, workout clothes, snacks and lunch.
