ANNVILLE (PA) -- Delaware Valley University was the 2021-22 recipient of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom Institutional Sportsmanship Award for women's athletics. It is the fourth time overall, that the Aggie women have received the award

The MAC Institutional Sportsmanship Award was created to reward the outstanding overall sportsmanship at MAC institutions. The award began during the 2001-02 academic year and is voted on by the individual institutions' coaches, and is presented to a male and female athletic program in the MAC Commonwealth and the MAC Freedom.

DelVal sponsors 10 women's sports in the MAC: basketball, cross country, field hockey, golf, lacrosse, soccer, softball, track and field - indoor, track and field - outdoor, and volleyball.
