WEST LONG BRANCH (NJ)--- The Delaware Valley men's and women's track and field teams traveled to Monmouth University for a two day event (Friday, February 11th and Saturday, February 12th) and came home with 14 PRs and a number of high finishes in events that included athletes from schools across all NCAA divisions.
On Friday, the Aggies had two student-athletes compete in throwing events. Kait Jones threw 12.24 meters in the women's weight throw, setting a PR and missing the school record by three centimeters. It also qualified her for the MAC championships. Brandon Perot threw 10.38 meters in the men's weight throw in his first ever meet.
Saturday was a jam-packed day for the Aggies, as 12 more student-athletes set PRs during the successful day. Below is a list of all PRs that were set:

First-year head coach Tim Wilson is very pleased with the progress his student-athletes have shown over the past few months as they come down the home stretch of the indoor season.
"Everything we have been doing is in preparation for conferences," Wilson said. "Today's result shows the hard work and dedication paying off for our student athletes. I'm excited to see what else we have in store for the remainder of the season."
The Aggies will head to Penn State University for the PSU Tune Up on Friday, February 18th for one more meet before the MAC Championships on February 25-26.
