MILLERSVILLE (Pa.) – The Delaware Valley University men's wrestling team traveled to Millersville University for its third match in two days, but could not solve the Marauders who ran away with a 39-6 victory.
The Aggies surrendered 24 points to start the match, but
Kordell Rush remained sharp as the 10
th ranked wrestler at 133 pounds in Division III battled Jacob Lehman to an 8-6 decision.
Freshman
Evan Widing got his third win in two days as he controlled the 149 pound bout against Elijah Tuckey and came away with a 7-1 victory.
Jake Nase dropped a 10-1 major decision at 174 pounds, and
Kyle Hillermeier went the distance in a well-matched 184 bout but suffered a narrow 7-5 defeat.
Austin Williams and
Youssef Ait Boulahri dropped major decisions at 197 and 285 pounds, respectively, to end the day.
