DOYLESTOWN (Pa.) – Ithaca College came into Doylestown as the sixth ranked team in Division III and rolled to a 38-0 shutout over Delaware Valley University on Saturday.
Despite battling to an even score after the first period, Steve Rice eventually kicked off the Bomber's (6-4) string of 10 consecutive wins with a 9-3 decision over the Aggies (1-4)

Russel Benson did all that he could to get the Aggies on the board and was winning 2-1 after the first, and held a 3-2 lead after an escape in the third. Tito Colom took the lead with a takedown, but Benson escaped again to tie the score at 4-4. However, Colom got a take down late in the final stanza to take the match, 6-4.
Rob Duxbury was able to fight back in the third period after an early 6-0 deficit in the 141-pound match, but could not quite overcome and ended fell, 8-4.
Chris Richardson of DelVal was able to pick up five points in the 157-pound match, but Jawan Jones closed out the bout with a reversal and riding time for a final of 9-5.
Anthony Snyder closed out the day against the Bomber's Austin Whitney at 165 pounds. Despite Snyder's best effort to prevent the team shutout, Whitney was able to roll to a 13-6 major decision to secure the 38-0 triumph for Ithaca.
