Jones, in his senior season, continued to impress at the teams two meets this past weekend with a pair of fourth place finishes among a field of stout competition. On Friday, Jones set a personal-record in the long jump, and earned first place as a result, with a leap of 7.09 meters. At the time, this mark was good enough for 11th in all of Division III and gave him momentum going into Sunday's meet. Again competing in the long jump, Jones' mark of 6.94 meters earned him fourth place out of 23 competitors from all collegiate divisions. Jones and the Aggies will look to keep the ball rolling when the head to Penn State University on Saturday.Â
