CENTER VALLEY (PA) – The Delaware Valley University men's cross country team competed at the DeSales University Invitational on Saturday morning and finished 29
th out of 38 teams.
The Aggies compiled a five-man team score of 850 which topped nine other full squads. Dickinson College won the team title with 52 points while York College of Pennsylvania was second with 75 points.
As he has all season long, freshman
Zach Loomis was the top DelVal individual finisher. He took 120
th out of 251 runners with an 8K time of 28 minutes, 58 seconds. Fellow rookie
Colton Titus was next as his time of 31 minutes, 45 seconds placed him 177
th.
The final three competitors for the Aggies were sophomore
Mitchell Stage, junior
Kris Kline and freshman
Kevin Naviloff. Stage was 180
th with a time of 32 minutes, 1 seconds while Kline was 197
th as he was clocked at 33 minutes, 4 seconds. Naviloff placed 204
th thanks to a time of 33 minutes, 47 seconds.
Muhlenberg College's Jaryd Flank won the individual championship with a time of 25 minutes, 34 seconds.
DelVal will next run in the Gettysburg College Invitational on Saturday, October 15 (10:30 a.m.).
