The first Delaware Valley University player in more than 30 years to take the field in an NFL preseason game, Rasheed Bailey made quite a showing for his hometown Philadelphia Eagles in the team's 36-10 home victory over the Indianapolis Colts.

Bailey finished with two catches for 23 yards, including a highlight-reel, one-handed catch for 18 yards on the final play of the third quarter. His first grab was a five-yard reception close to the two-minute warning in the first half and the drive eventually ended with a field goal. SEE THE CATCH HERE.

Bailey, who grew up an Eagles' fan, had a five-minute feature story on the NBC10's pre-game show. The feature was followed with a Skype showing of the DelVal football team gathered in the auditorium of the Life Sciences Building as they were set to watch their former teammate in NFL action.
