DOYLESTOWN (PA) -- Delaware Valley University freshman sensation Ta'riq Thomas will see his season continue as he has qualified for the NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the triple jump.

Thomas posted a mark of 14.69 meters to take top honors at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships in early May and that was the 11th-best jump of the season. As a result, he will compete at the NCAAs at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 23 at the Merrick-Pinkard Track and Field Complex in Canton, New York.

Thomas qualified for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in both the triple jump and the long jump in March and placed 11th in both events. He was the MAC indoor champion in both events.
