LA CROSSE (WI) -- Delaware Valley College junior
Alexis Maylor finished in 18th placed in the heptathlon as her two days of competition concluded at the 2013 NCAA Division III Women's Track and Field Championships.
Maylor tallied 4,376 points over the seven events that make up the heptathlon. Her most points came in the opening 100-meter hurdles where her time of 15.08 seconds earned her 831 points. She picked up 795 points in the 200-meter dash (26.02 seconds), 632 points in the high jump (4-11.5), 631 points in the 800-meter run (2:35.05), 543 points in the long jump (4.94 meters), 514 points in the shot put (32-0.25) and 430 points in the javelin throw (90-3).
The 22-competitor field featured eight seniors, six juniors, five sophomores and three freshmen. Junior Elizabeth Krug of Hendrix took the championship with 4,835 points.
