GRANTHAM (PA) -- Seven Delaware Valley College wrestlers competed at the Messiah College Open with one placing in the top four. Team scoring was not held at the event.

James DeLillo took third in the 141-pound bracket after going 5-1 and fighting his way back through the consolation bracket. He dropped his opening match before winning five straight, including three by fall.

Chris James and Michael Boardman each went 2-2 and 197 pounds and heavyweight respectively. For James, it was the senior's first collegiate competition of his career as he joined the team after a successful four-year run with the football team. Boardman had a pin in his bracket.
