Pavlik has garnered numerous academic honors over the years as well. She was a third-team academic all-district honoree last year and has been a member of the past two Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area and Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Spring All-Academic Teams (2010 teams yet to be announced).
The members of CoSIDA select the academic teams in their respective districts with the first-team selections – including Pavlik - moving on to the national ballot for Academic All-America honors. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore in class standing, a starter or significant reserve and maintain a 3.30 or better cumulative grad point average. The College Division District II consists of all non-NCAA Division I college and universities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
