BERNARDSVILLE (NJ) -- Playing at one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States, Delaware Valley College dropped a 315-351 decision to FDU-Forham.

Thanks to a Delaware Valley graduate, the teams were able to compete at the Somerset Hills Country Club, which was ranked as the number 88 course in the country in a recent publication. Six golfers from each squad hit the course with the top four rounds counting in the team scores.

The Devils' Billy King shot the best round of the afternoon with a six-over-par 77. Shamus Lahman was right behind with a 78 while Nick Lamberti and David May each shot an 80. Dennis Kimble (82) and Tim Krull (84) also participated for FDU-Florham.

For the Aggies, Jeff Smith shot an 82 while Mike Cavalieri had a round of 88. David Gates finished the 18 holes with a 90 while Doug Schrader and John Selser each had a 91. Jesse Ridington tallied a 96 on the day.
