CENTER VALLEY (PA) – Senior
Chip Brumbaugh earned his first all-Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) award as he finished in the top 20 at the conference championships and helped lead Delaware Valley College to an eighth-place finish in the 14-team field.
Brumbaugh competed against 133 runners on the DeSales University course and he placed 19th with an 8K time of 28 minutes, 35.99 seconds. That performance was good enough for second-team all-conference accolades, which goes to the runners that place 11th to 20th.
Fellow senior
Kevin McCoy was 40th with a time of 29 minutes, 40.36 seconds while freshman
Thomas Porter was 45th with a time of 29 minutes, 55.41 seconds. Fellow rookie Steve Miller (31:00.55) and junior
Matt Wiley (35:12.49) finished 62nd and 11th respectively.
