AGGIES END HOME CAMPAIGN WITH 3-0 LOSS TO ALBRIGHT

DOYLESTOWN (PA) – Danielle Ozment notched 13 kills to lead Albright College to a 3-0 victory over host Delaware Valley College in a non-conference match. Set scores were 25-16, 25-21 and 25-22
Ozment did her damage on 26 attack attempts. She also added 12 digs and one block for the Lions, who evened their record at 14-14 on the season. Laura van Bendegem added seven kills while Lauren Higgins was credit with 31 assists.
Delaware Valley (15-11) was paced by
Jaki Blood's eight kills and the senior also tallied eight digs. Fellow senior Danielle Blood finished with six kills while junior
Kelsey Fisher had five kills. Sophomore
Amy Estep dug out 12 balls while junior
Amy Scordato dished out five assists.
The Aggies will wrap up their season at defending Freedom Conference champion Eastern University on Wednesday, October 28 (7:00 p.m.).
