HARRISBURG (PA) – Delaware Valley College rallied from a 10-6 deficit in the fifth set and pulled a 3-2, non-conference victory over host Penn State Harrisburg. Scores were 25-12, 25-17, 21-25, 21-25 and 15-13.

With the victory, the Aggies improved their record to 15-9 while the Nittany Lions saw their mark drop to 16-11.

Kaitlyn Olsen led Delaware Valley with 18 kills while Kelsey Fisher added 13 kills. Amy Estep finished the night with 10 kills and four service aces. Jaki Blood (7 kills, 5 service aces, 22 assists) and Ashley Mikulsky (7 kills, 3 service aces, 33 digs) also had big all-around performances for the Aggies.

The Aggies have three matches remaining, starting with a home encounter with Goucher College on Saturday, October 24 (1:00 p.m.).

Dorgan, a NCAA qualifier year ago, successfully defended her Delaware Valley Invitational crown as she blew away the 195-runner field with a 6K time of 23 minutes, 26.96 seconds. It was nearly 31 seconds faster than the runner-up.
